Historic holiday home with private hot tub in Bari's old town
Amenities
Santa CLHOUSE offers a two-bedroom, two-bathroom holiday home with a living room and a private entrance. The property includes a hot tub and spa bath, a balcony, an elevator, and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave. Guests also find baby safety gates, board games and puzzles, and wine or champagne upon request.
Location
Located in the centre of Bari's old town, the house is a 2-minute walk from Bari Cathedral and less than 1 km from Petruzzelli Theatre. Ferrarese Square and Bari Central Train Station are also within walking distance. The old town's narrow streets and busy atmosphere mean the location can be noisy at all hours.
Services
A friendly host is available via text, and invoices are provided for stays. The property has CCTV outside for security and is non-smoking throughout. Pets are allowed, and parking is available on site.
Amenities
The home includes baby safety gates and board games and puzzles for children. An abundant supply of children's toys is stored in drawers and cupboards. The elevator provides easy access between floors for families with strollers or luggage.
Additional Comforts
A washing machine and dehumidifier in the basement handle laundry, and the property offers a hot tub and a spa bath. Heating and air conditioning are available in the main bedroom. The elevator is a notable benefit in Bari's old town, where stairs are common.
Highlights
Amenities: Private hot tub and spa bath
Location: 2 minutes from Bari Cathedral
